The kitchen features a large island complimented by granite countertops, a breakfast bar, an oversized pantry and stainless-steel appliances. At over 2,000+ Sq. Ft., the Barton includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a gathering room bathed in natural light from the adjacent lanai. Just off of the gathering room, the master suite features an oversized walk in closet, and a master bathroom with a double sink vanity making this home the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day. The Barton can be upgraded to match anyone's needs. Upgrade options include: adding a study with or without a powder room in lieu of bedroom 4, adding a master retreat in lieu of bedroom 3, transforming the master bathroom into a master bathroom oasis, extending the master bedroom into a master suite and more. The Barton is available in Craftsman, Farmhouse and Florida Traditional elevations.
