Plan 2 enters through the Portico and into a private Interior Courtyard where the impressive 8' entry door meets you with a width of 3'6", which makes moving-in much easier. The open concept design features an ample space with 12' ceilings that combines the Kitchen with the Dining Area and Great Room. The Kitchen opens directly to the 236 square-foot covered Outdoor Living Space that includes the option to add an Outdoor Kitchen. Three large windows separate the Great Room from outside with the opportunity to combine two Zero-Edge Pocket Door Sliders at the Kitchen and Great room to completely open to the outdoor space.
