Upon entering the Cannon, you are greeted by a grand foyer that opens up to a kitchen built for entertaining. The kitchen features an oversized island complimented with granite countertops, a breakfast bar, a breakfast nook, a chef-worthy pantry, and stainless steel appliances. At over 2,700+ Sq. St., The Cannon includes 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 flex rooms, a second-floor loft and a gathering room bathed in natural light from the adjacent lanai. Just off of the second-floor loft, the owner's suite features an oversized walk-in closet with double hanging shelves, optional sloped tray ceilings, and a double sink vanity in the owner's bath. The Cannon can be upgraded to match anyone's needs. Upgrade options include: in-law suite in lieu of a loft, a owner's bath oasis, and a Jack Jill bath in lieu of a loft.
