This single-story home can be built with optional layout selections and upgraded finishes that can be selected through the Taylor Morrison Design Studio. The main living spaces of the Aruba include both formal and casual dining areas, a designer kitchen, and a spacious gathering room. Buyers have the option to extend the lanai if they choose. Another option available with the extended lanai is an outdoor kitchen which is the perfect addition to your Taylor Morrison dream home. You can reach the optional extended lanai from your owner's suite by adding a sliding glass door, also optional, from the bedroom. The suite features a large shower with the option to include a garden tub. The bath offers the convenience of two separate sinks, a private commode and access to two walk-in closets. The two secondary bedrooms are located off the foyer and separated by a full bath. If you feel you don't need one of these bedrooms, you have the option of replacing a bedroom with a study.
