Broward and Palm Beach counties are up in home sales for the month of July in comparison to July 2019 sales. The low interest rates are helping maintain or even drive up sale prices but also helping those looking to purchase. Covid-19 may have put a slight pause on sales and purchases in May and June but July numbers show lots of positivity.
