Plan 1X's 8' modern front door opens to the spacious foyer, complete with 20' ceilings. The first floor is nearly identical to Plan 1's and features the master suite, two secondary bedrooms with a shared full bathroom, a laundry room, and an open concept great room that combines the kitchen, living room, and dining area. The standard slider provides access to the covered backyard loggia. Still, homeowners have the option to upgrade to 3-panel sliders at both the great room & dining area or a zero-edge slider to create seamless transitions between the indoor & outdoor living spaces.
