The Trails highly customizable floorplan, with nearly a dozen available options, already features a generous, light-filled, open-concept space. From the ample porch, the foyer leads past a flex room, which can be optioned as a private study or used as an additional bedroom in the two-bedroom, two-bath design. The hallway sweeps into the dining room, where a wet/dry bar can be added. The island kitchen and breakfast bar overlook the dining area, which pours into the family room. From there, the expansive covered lanai can be extended and enhanced with a larger sliding-glass door from the family room. Add a summer kitchen with a grill and sink. In the sumptuous owners suite, the master bath can include a spa shower, while one of the bedrooms can be opened to create a master sitting-room retreat.
